Application-heavy learning for working professionals

The academy should be application-heavy and designed for working professionals.

60-70 percent

Laboratories, scenarios, professional artifacts and feedback

Concepts, frameworks, demonstrations and case discussion: 30-40 percent.

Practitioner lane

No-code and low-code tools, spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, approved generative AI platforms and vendor applications. Programming is not a prerequisite.

Analyst lane

Optional Python, APIs, data pipelines, model evaluation and advanced analytics for learners who need deeper technical implementation capability.

Data protection rule

Learners should not upload identifiable health records, confidential incident information, employee data, intellectual property or regulated information into unauthorized public AI tools. Labs should use synthetic, public or properly de-identified data.

Instruction standard

Each course should be supported by dual-qualified instruction: a domain subject-matter expert and an AI, analytics, governance or assurance expert. Industry practitioners should contribute implementation successes and failures to keep the curriculum operationally credible.
