Authorship and Contributor Criteria

Each item identifies its authorship, publication status, original source, relevant limitations, and revision history.

Technical and Editorial Review Process

1. Propose the item and confirm its content type, audience, and business relevance.
2. Confirm source rights, publisher linking terms, available manuscript version, and required attribution.
3. Draft original RAAI copy: summary, practical implications, limitations, and recommended actions.
4. Complete technical review, source verification, and conflict or funding disclosure.
5. Prepare the visual abstract, alt text, metadata, citation, and social preview image.
6. Publish to a preview environment and run content, link, accessibility, structured-data, and responsive checks.
7. Approve and deploy to production; update sitemap and internal links.
8. Share through LinkedIn and other channels using the RAAI canonical page.
9. Review performance, corrections, and updates; preserve version history.

RAAI Case Intelligence

Publisher and Copyright Controls

• Do not upload a publisher-formatted PDF unless the applicable license, agreement, or written permission allows redistribution.
• When full-text hosting is not permitted, link the DOI or publisher page and publish an original RAAI evidence-to-practice interpretation.
• Host an author-accepted manuscript or preprint only when the applicable agreement permits it and label the version accurately.
• Do not copy a publisher's full abstract unless the applicable terms allow it; write original RAAI practitioner-focused copy.
• Record the source, version, permission basis, license, and date for every hosted third-party file.
• Do not display journal, university, employer, or professional-organization logos without permission.
